“They sent us the wrong product. It clearly says on the label that we were to get mud flap lights and they sent us a cargo cover. Companies fault but we now have to wait until the have UPS pick up the wrong part that they sent before they will send out the correct part. A part that we have been waiting on.”

“They made a mistake and didn’t put one of the products I paid for in the box but now they want me to take pictures of it the box and what was inside of it and send it to him before they’ll send me my product. I spent almost $300 and what I bought that’s missing is like 20 bucks. They don’t trust you but they’ve sent me items that I never ordered that we’re supposed to go to someone else. I was nice enough to tape up the box better drive to the FedEx station and send it to the person that was supposed to go to never thanks they’re a useless company. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again.”

“Not a bad price. This is the second time I’ve purchased these ratchet straps. The first batch that I purchased didn’t last long at all they wore out real quick thought maybe I just had a bad batch so I tried one more time and I’m still disappointed.”

“Packaging wasn’t the best and the charge air cooler tore through the box. The protective rubber covers weren’t on the ports and debris had to be removed from the charge air cooler. Also there was damage to 2 different locations on the part”
