“Maybe this is my fault but I ordered some aluminum tank steps and brackets. Good fit but the aluminum is simply impossible to polish to match the tanks. This could be my lack of knowledge when ordering but Ive never not been able to make aluminum shine. Good product I just assumed it would come polished or I could do it myself.”

“I needed a winch cable and there was 2 in Ohio and it shipped from Texas and a week later i received it. It was important to have it before the weekend but that did not happen. If I would have known this a different decision would have been made. Mytee is the only company I use for this type of products so in the future I hope it’s better”

“I have a set of SmartStrap bungee straps that have been in the bed of my pickup for years. I have lost them over time. I couldn't find SmartStrap brand bungee traps online so I decided to try the Mytee Products straps. I won't know for months whether the Mytee straps are comparable to SmartStrap. Straps from Walmart crack after a few months and aren't worth having. I wish Mytee would sell in 10 packs versus 50. I really only needed 10 but a competitor was going to charge me sales tax from two states - their state and my state plus $23 for shipping so I opted to buy more than I need. I have given 20 away so far. These surveys timeout too quick to provide a more accurate review.”

“We are an OEM manufacturer and our shipment of L track was lost in the freight system. Upon notifying Customer Service, they quickly duplicated the order and sent it the same day. All in the middle of a snow storm. Great packaging, each indiviiually wrapped so not scratched during shipment.Nice product Kevin”

“The side puller attachment that I purchased failed terribly on the very first use. I'm sure it was just a defective unit and hopefully it can be replaced by some sort of warranty. I will be contacting them shortly.”

“Satisfied with my recent purchase. Arrive pretty quick and was a good product. However, I just tried to purchase something else today and during the checkout process, it told me that my billing adress and crediot card adress must match, which they do. Its the same information I used to make my previous purchase. Hopefully, this is a computer glitch and is rectified soon. It did however, cost you a sale as I made my purchase elsewhere.”
