“I purchased two ratcheting chain binders to try. After using them once I quickly ordered two more because they saved so much time and are much safer to use chaining down my Bobcat.”

“The product we received was top quality. However, everything we order from Mytee seems to come in a damaged box and product is often falling out of the box. Their packaging department might consider using a better quality box, OR packaging heavy items separate from lighter items that fall out of the package during transport.”

“I was sent some mislabeled parts and im still waiting on customer service to return my contact attempts to sort out the problem. I ordered the telescoping cross bat and received two middle pieces labeled as the end pieces and one end piece labeled as the middle piece. Please help”
