“Took over a month to get the winch cable I ordered. You were quick to take the money (within minutes of placing the order). But when the original delivery date came and went, I called just to be told it was on backorder. No email or call to communicate this. I understand things happen, so communicate what's going on. Doubt anything would have been related to me had I not called. Horrible customer service.”

“took 3+ weeks to receive my order and for another one of my orders i didn’t even get a shipping date but they have a picture of it being “delivered” to my house but there’s no package”

“Disappointed in your talk about when it can be sent. When I ordered said it should be there on specific date. When that date came no product. Waited 2 days then called and was told that product was out of stock but I could get a different size. Seems like when you knew it was out of stock you could have notified me rather than me having to ask where product was.”

“A siilar product cost $200 so the Mytee at $29 was an attractive alternative. I'm sure the more expensive model wold have ratched better, but or the price, it did the job.”

“Ordered the wrong air bags, and before I received them, I quickly ordered the correct ones. Once I received them, I contacted mytee to return the incorrect ones. I shipped them back, but then it took another 15 days for a refund, and on top of that, they charged more then half of the original purchase in fees and shipping! $261 dollar purchase and got $126 in a refund. I had to contact them multiple times to even get that refund. After 1000s of dollars in purchases from mytee, I will take my money elsewhere from now on.”

“Mytee was super for getting me set up with everything I needed to start up my hotshot business. The bundles they put together take a lot of the guesswork out of what you need and what you didn't know you needed. The quality of the products is excellent and gave me peace of mind that my loads are safe and secure. I had to call the support line once because of a missing chain in my initial order and the customer service is topnotch. The support representative was polite and got right on sending me my missing chain. I'll definitely be using Mytee for my needs going forward!”

“Ordered 12 brick v boards. Website showed 30 in stock. Didn’t show up for awhile so i called and they said they only had 10 in stock so i said send them. Then got a call back and they said they didn’t have any. Was supposed to be free shipping but they just wanted out of that in my opinion”

“Order split into 2 shipments. 1st shipment sent out and on its way. 2nd shipment had FedEx label made, shows still awaiting package 5 days later. Contacted help, person stated the packing slip was lost when was being shipped. Stated will try and get out that day or the next! It has already been days. It was 8am, should have gone out right away. Is now first thing in the morning the next day and still does not have a new tracking number. Getting very frustrated. Usually they are very good.”
