“In my 45 years, I don't think I have ever been treated so rudely or disrespectfully as a customer. The poor way your products are shipped demonstrates how little you value what you sell—and, by extension, how little you value us. But nothing compares to the disastrous customer service, particularly from Shannon Surgeon and a bilingual woman on your support line whose name I cannot recall. You have no idea what customer service entails, let alone the value of a customer. Times have changed; customers now have easy access to information, and the market is full of products with the same features as yours. The only thing that can truly make a difference is service, and yours—with all due respect—is a disaster from start to finish. A satisfied customer recommends a product to an average of five people, whereas a dissatisfied one shares a negative opinion with an average of twenty-five. I hope you take this feedback constructively and that it does not lead to further issues, as has been the case with my entire purchasing experience with you.”

“We needed some Jack pads for our Renegade Super C and after getting them and using them the first weekend in a grassy field we are very impressed. The distributed weight load is good with minimal sinkage. I would highly recommend your product to other owners.”

“I emailed my complain about I ordered # 1100665037 - (10) 4"X5" Roll Off Container winch straps and we just received (07). Your answer was that I need pictures of the packege, we are a company it's not for individual use and the packege was opened in the shop and the manager comunicated how many we received. Container Solutions, Inc. will not ordered anything else from your company.”
