I am having some issues. Can’t get it to stay properly plugged in. Have already tried spreading the pins apart a little to try to get it to stay. Just had to buy a new trailer receptacle for the trailer to see if that will help. What you need to include in the package is another support option besides the one it comes with. If I am not able to get it work right then I’ll just have to buy another elsewhere. I love the look of it, plus the grab handles, a very nice option. But all that does me no good if I cannot maintain a proper connection. It’s like the outside dimensions are not large enough or it narrows to much. I replaced the trailer receptacle still not working right. I should not have to worry about constantly worry about loosing or using paper products to wedge around and loosing just to make this work. That costs me time and money
