I am pleased with the quality of this product, however, it was missing the bolts needed to put it together. After a phone call, I was instructed to take pictures of what I received and send them in. Doing this in my opinion would have been just of my time. What was the point? She explained to me that once she received the pictures she could pass them on to somebody else. If they took a little more care and attention to be sure everything was in the box would be better for all. I went to the box store and purchased what I needed.
