UPDATE: I was contacted back by the original representative which honored the original agreement. Its only fair that I make sure its known that her word was kept I received the additional 12 today. I appreciate you working to resolve and make good on this issue... THANK YOU.
Re: With my 1st purchase Mytee got the order wrong I purchased 24 blankets, however they sent 12 of a different type of blanket. It turns out the ones they sent me cost more then the ones I ordered which I didn't know at the time I received them that the quantity was wrong. I used the blankets and realized there were just 12 in the bundle. I reached out to them and they agreed it was an error on their end, when speaking to a representative on the phone. She apologized that they made this error and said she would send me 12 of the original blankets I ordered and we would be even so as not to inconvenience me the customer for the company error. I thought that was good customer service and worth sticking with the company. However the next day a different representative of the company emails me to say they would not honor the agreed upon arrangement. This is a POOR example of a customer obsession/service, I won't do business with them again, the word of the representatives means nothing obviously.
I can find what I need from plenty of other businesses that will get it right the 1st time.
