I previously posted a review about a Columbus McKinnon hand winch that was advertised as Made in USA but really made in China. MyTee researched, responded, and removed the item from their store. They acknowledged that it was misrepresented and gave me a nice discount to keep the product. Totally satisfied with the way they handled this. The manager completely understood my frustration and made it right. Great Job!!!
