I understand that mistakes happen, but my first experience with Mytee Products was less than pleasant. I ordered (3) 25' long trucker chains to be cut up into 2' lengths for a project we were working on. Three boxes of chain meant a shipment with three parts. One of my packages shipped after about a three day delay, but the other two packages were left on the dock. I only found this out when I called to check on the status of the shipment. Since I was already running late because of the initial delay, I had to make a purchase from a competing supplier (who I had used before) and got my product the following day. I will not say that I will let this precent me from purchasing from Mytee Products in the future, but it does prevent me from giving a glowing recommendation.
