Ordered chains and chain rack, box was ripped open during shipment and one of the 10 ft chains was lost in transit. I called customer service and a replacement chain was mailed to me while I was still on phone. The representative gave me the tracking number while we were still on the phone. You can't ask for more than that. Products iv ordered have always been good quality and great customer service.
