Following my online purchase of 4, 5500lb ratchet straps, I received them at my home only a few days later. They were packed well and plastic wrapped for protection. After transferring them to my semi truck I was dispatched on a flatbed load where I was able to use them for the first time. The metal construction and large manufacturing of the ratchet mechanism worked beyond my expectations and nearly as well as if I had used a bar to tighten them down. My load traversed the U.S. and the securement remained intact the entire trip. I will be purchasing a few more and I wholeheartedly recommend this product, having seen and experienced the quality.
