Mytee stands by their products! I ordered several flatbed winches, and I received my order promptly, but a couple of the winches were the weld on type, not the C-Track type that I ordered. I sent an email to the customer service team. They sent the correct product right away. I'll definitely be a regular customer from now on! 🚛 🫡
