2nch I ordered winches, corner protectors and cople chain links. I was supposed to receive 40 corner protectors and received only 36, 4 short. For my new load line contract crucial to have 2 trucks with corners for 10pallets 20corners each. Customer service wrote to me that the investigation will take 7-10 business days. It's ot my fault that either fedex or mytee messed up. Why am supposed to backorder my business as it not my fault. I provided photo of the count that has been delivered. No money back nor replacement!! Very frustrating!
