Ordered a coolant reservoir for a 2019 W900 on Thursday morning. Was told that it was in stock and would arrive no later than the following Tuesday. Monday came and the product hadn’t shipped yet. Tuesday came product still hadn’t shipped. Called to make inquiry what was going on and was told that the shipping department hasn’t gotten around to shipping it yet. Told the person on the phone that it had to be shipped on Tuesday afternoon at the latest because we had a truck down waiting on this part or we would have to cancel the order. We were assured that it would be shipped by end of day and we would get a new confirmation and tracking number. End of day and nothing! Wednesday morning still nothing so we called and asked them to either ship it to us overnight at Mytee’s expense or cancel the order. We were told that it would cost them too much money to overnight it to us so we canceled the order. Fast forward to Friday, we received no confirmation that the order had been canceled so we had to call again. We were assured that the order would be canceled that day and we would get confirmation of it.
Now, I don’t like writing a bad review but sometimes it needs to be done so that the people that have the power to change things WILL change them. There was no need for this to happen. It was a simple order of a part that was in stock. It should have been shipped on the day it was ordered or the next at the very latest! But when it wasn’t you should have sent it overnight even if it would have cost more because it was your fault that I wasn’t shipped in the first place! Y’all should have done something to make it right instead of just treating it like, “OH WELL. We can sell it to someone else and we don’t need your business “.
Sad to say but, we won’t be buying anything from Mytee Products for quite a while if ever again.
