Customer service was horrendous! We were told we would get the sale price on our order. We did everything the representative told us to do. She said upper management approved our order and price lock. Sent our Tax Exempt form and a picture of the check. All we had to do was to bring the check when we picked up the order. We recevied an invoice for nearly $1000 more than what we were told. The company did not honor the agreement we had! Will never buy from this company again!
