I ordered a dozen of the Hi-Viz green folding handle binders and FedEx list 1/3 of the order in transit. I called up Mytee, NOT A GOOD IDEA,and was eventually able to make contact with a person. Once that was accomplished, everything started moving. I did find out that if you're unfortunate enough for your order to be fulfilled in their Dallas, TX location, you could be waiting for some time, as the help down there is let's say....Lacking. Once I actually got the binders, I was Super Happy because the product itself is Fantastic!!! I've already recommended them to some friends. Top notch. I love the binders.
