I love the 1/4" x 12' chains. This make four I have received from Mytee. i use them a lot on a timber farm and have a small sawmill. The 1/4 inch size is just right; easy to carry, snake under a log or loop around farm equip to move. I put a logging hook on one end and place the regular hook mid way to choke up extra chain. First thing I do is remove the carter pin from the hook link and cut the link where the carter pin hole is. I then hammer the link like a rived head. This will make it smooth and will not snag or loose your hook in the woods.
