Fantastic, when you can get someone on the phone. Only reason I don't give a 5 star is there aren't enough sales reps and you can spend half your day calling sometimes.
Now, outside of that, Mytee is excellence. Shipping is lightning fast compared to anywhere else. The reps are knowledgeable, quick, and on the ball. Most of they time they have your answers before the computer does. Highly recommend. It might take a bit to get someone on the phone, but ABSOLUTELY worth it.
