The service was very kind and helpful. And she fixed a shipping cost error in just a few days, which was substantial to me. The crating and delivery worked out well and I even lucked out with a super happy delivery fella. Overall, the experience was pretty good, but especially becaus of the kind Shannon who kept in regular communication with me. I appreciate that.
