Great service. My order arrived quicker than I expected. I am disapointed though that I have to order online due to the fact that I prefer to deal with the staff in Solon, OH. If I'm spending my money with a company I expect to speak dirictly with the people at that facility, not people in a forein country or AI. Real people working in America.
