I had placed an order online and couldn't update my quantities due to the system glitching. I called so they could just update the quantity since I had just made the purchase. They weren't able to so they had to cancel the order and place the order again with the correct quantity. However, when they placed the order they mixed up the quantities so once again it wasn't right. I called back again and they refunded those 2 items that were incorrect and placed a new order and used the credit to pay for the newest order and I still couldn't get everything I needed due to it "not being in stock" because of the now 2 canceled tickets they were on. So what did get sent to me was only a partial. The representatives helping were very friendly and easy to talk to but the system or protocol they had to follow was a mess.
