Mytee were great with my purchase. They did sent me the wrong size tarp and I had already tried to install it and drilled few holes but once I realized that it was a wrong size I called them and explained to them what had happened. They were very understanding and wanted some photos so I sent it to them willing to pay half or something for damaging the wrong size tarp they had sent. And, I thought I would have to pay something for it but they sent me the correct size and didn't have to return/ pay for the wrong size.
