Have not had to tarp yet thank heavens but we got these with the intention of replacing 6ft drop tarps with 4ft parachute to really lighten things up. Nope our old 6ft tarps are just a couple pounds heavier. Man I wish I could find those again. No where have I been able to find them again. These were only supposed to weigh 40lb but when they came they were 53 each. I guess still likghter then some out there. But not light enough when we are serious about cutting weight. Sure as heck hope they last like the old thin ones we had for 15 years did. As for staff everyone was really nice and on the ball. They changed the website 4ft drop tarp weight as soon as I complained to them. Right on too of it. But again polite about it. So that's a big plus. Sorry I'm not more help but they keep asking. for our reviews. If we find them to be spectacular I'll write back. Until then this is where we stand.
