Downside u use a terrible shipping service Fed Ex, they do not follow shipping instruction included with order or the same instruction on door of office for where to drop off packages, idiot just threw packages on ground outside in the plain view to all and could have been stolen plus if it were a item that could be damages they would have been the boxes were busted open from the abuse of the driver just tossing them onto the ground. With that said there was a sign on the door and also beside the door Instructing on where packages were to be placed and that the driver was on camera and would be reported if failing to follow Instructions for deliveries . I feel as I should be refunded all charges for shipping due to the driver neglected to follow simple instructions .
