Mytee products don’t d make a mistake and sent me the wrong tarps. I had to use them anyway or miss out on some very important loads. I assumed by using them that they couldn’t take them back, I did ask but we work out a solution and was able to get me the correct tarps. No they didn’t take the used tarps back if I had time to check them before i used them they would have with no problem but that was partially my fault for being in a hurry. But we worked it out and i appreciate the customer service. I’ve been in business for six years and Mytee is the only place i purchase tarps.
