I ordered 4 of the trailer stake pocket D rings. Wow bigger and heavier than expected (perfect). Opened the box and discovered 1 of the pins and coffee pin was missing, I immediately phoned "Mytee" and the young lady I spoke with wss very professional, understanding and helpful. Within 10 minutes of my call I received an e-mail with the tracking # for the shipped missing pins. WOW. Great customer service. Will be ordering more.
