Mytello’s customer support is excellent! At first, I was not able to have good connections between Canada and Japan. Every time when I reported problems to Martin, he replied without fail. It required a several changes to get a good connection but Martin never gave up and I have been enjoying calling Japan without any issues for months. I am very happy. You might find unsatisfying connections at first, but they will fix the problems and deliver you what they promise, believe me. I am very glad that I did not give up on them.
