So I had mytello Fir few weeks n it went well but one day I try calling the same international # the recording kept saying mytello connect it says 3 times n the phone disconnect I have an emergency call to make try all day n send an email n they say they will respond in 2 hours I wish they activate their chat I'm disappointed at the service n the time it takes to get help I'm looking elsewhere for international service mytello is cheap but the customer service is cheap too
