I recently moved from the US to Germany, and mytello has been great at allowing me to still manage my ties back in the US through phone calls cheaply. The app is easy to navigate, however I have noticed a few issues. First, the chat (or text) option did not work for me- I was charged but the recipient never received my message. Also, I paid for a virtual number- which successfully routes a US number to my German phone, but the call connection is always TERRIBLE. Usually I can understand the person enough to get them to tell me a call back number that I can call them back at (when I call, versus when someone calls me, the connection is much better), but I certainly could not have a conversation using the virtual number.
