I was supposed to make urgent call to my family. They let me do 1 minutes free call right after the free call , I added $10 to my account. Right from that moment no calls are able to connect. I even tried to call different countries to no avail. Please refund my money. The $10 credit is still on my account. Please take it and refund my money.
