we have only been able to use mytello for the first week calling from NZ. THEN the access numbers kept changing weekly and despite using our landline or mobile we are unable to connect to family in the UK - THE LINE is constantly engaged for all calls. I did contact customer service BY EMAIL for help and was advised to phone the number direct using mytello, however this made no difference at all. We have lost our money. I do not recommend USING THIS SYSTEM.
