It's extremely cheap compared to their international phone cards
There is immediate help/response if any queries are sent/emailed to My Tello
Even though of the worldwide time difference it's at the longest ever 2-3 hours to wait for an answer and a fix of the problem.
I have been using My Tello for many years and get a lot of satisfaction from My Tello.
I wouldn't even want to think about having to use another phone card/app if My Tello wasn't around anymore!
