Calls usually go right through, however, even if there is no connection, you still get charged for a minute. Since the calls are on $.01 per minute, it's not a big problem. The one thing I would like to see, however, would be the ability to block my number from being seen by the party I am calling. I'm not sure if that can be done, but I would like to have that option. Overall this is an outstanding service for cheap calls to China. One the one occasion that I contacted customer service via email, there response time to return the call was minimal, and question was quickly resolved. I highly recommend this service for calls to China.
