I originally had problems, constant problems connecting to the destination I had chosen with MyTello. I complained bitterly. I reported every difficulty I had to Martin Bauer. After some fine tuning, he fixed the problem with a real keen desire to please me as customer. Martin you're a champion. Thank you. Now everytime I make a call I have no problems.
