I returned a Gucci dress to this merchant and have never received my refund since Sept 2023. They have given me noting but BS. ADVOID this store. Customer services is horrible. My experience has been a NIGHTMARE. I have yet to receive my dress nor a refund. This place is a shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!!
