I have also just experienced the same ‘blocked payment method’ issue. I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years and more so since Matches went under. I had no clue that there was a penalty for making a return. However, according to the agent it’s due to a ‘system issue’ at their end. I won’t be making the wire transfer. And I won’t be ordering from them again. What a very strange method of operating an online retail business.
