I don’t know what has happened to this previously great online retailer. As with many of the reviews before, I’ve had 3 recent orders cancelled and been asked to wire transfer payment instead. I was convinced it was a scam, but apparently not. It makes absolutely no sense and I won’t be doing it.
As people say, plenty of other great retailers to purchase from, and sadly I think Mytheresa is going to lose a lot of longtime valued customers as a result. Such a shame.
