I’ve shopped with them for years and loved it, but my last order was a total scam. I returned an item, and FedEx confirmed it was delivered, yet they refuse to reimburse me, claiming the label was wrong and belonged to another item. Who cares? They received my return but won’t reimburse me for an over $800 item. Customer service is nonexistent—they just say sorry and refuse to engage in any reasonable conversation. I’m wondering if they’re under new ownership because the service has drastically changed. Stay away.
