Really bad customer service. Previous experience with MT has been good until this time.
I ordered some clothes and an item was missing. I immediately reported this to them and they asked that I take a picture of the box to send to them (which I did). Some of the items in the order needed to be returned so I sent the box back to them. They then emailed to say — you should keep the box. I immediately called them to ask whether I should go back to the courier service point to recover the box. They said there’s no need for that and that since I needed to return some items it’s all fine and the important thing was the picture. Long story short, they then tell me we can’t do anything to help you as DHL is asking for more pictures of the packaging (which by that point was back in Germany with them!). I repeatedly asked that someone from management calls me to discuss and this was ignored every time. Thankfully my card provider stepped in to dispute the charge but I was very disappointed by the customer service and this is even worst as I am a repeat customer. I won’t be shopping with them ever again. Also long delays in processing shipments and refunds during sale period. Being busy is not an excuse for delays! Hire more people or cease doing business!
