I have just moved into my flat. I noticed from the off the flat was not professionally cleaned but I was glad to see that the clerk I met picked up on this and wrote this in his notes, he ran through the major points and explained the process really well. I have received the report 2 days after moving in and I can say all the issues I had with the flat have already been noted so it was a really quick process to approve. I hope to get a similar service in the future!
