“Great experience. My Toor were able to book me in for an inventory check in with less than 24 hours notice and were professional throughout. The inventory clerk was friendly and thorough. The inventory itself was comprehensive and well balance. Many thanks to Hardeep and the team for your help.”

“We receive an excellent service from Mytoor inventories, nothing is ever too much trouble. Their clerks are reliable, polite and always very smart in their appearance. We recently had a virtual tour done by them and it was fantastic! Really helped us during isolation as we could send the virtual tour to prospective tenants meaning they had a good view of the property without visiting.”

“An excellent service. I was able to complete the final inventory of the rented property with the gentleman from Mytoor and we chatted and he explained the issues which had originally been noted in the inventory. I was able to contribute and point out things which may have been overlooked or explain why things had happened. A great process and a very good service.”

“Again these guys go over and above a standard service. Every one of my properties is newly refurbished so when I get it back from a tenant Hardeep & his team ensure I know exactly what needs replacing and fixing with a clear report showing the same. I have a portfolio in West London that I give to these guys to inspect on a regular basis as I am a full time Landlord. Always deliver great quality.”

“Been using the services of Mytoor for over a year now, was first recommended them from our lettings negotiator who used them in the past from his previous employer. Have to say I have not had one complaint with their reports from our landlords which is always a good sing. Although I don't get involved in reviewing the reports, my team have been really happy with them especially their check out reports as they have been really easy to address deposit deduction easily and clearly. So all in all I would recommend using Mytoor for your inventory requirements as their clerks are friendly and have a great eye fr detail. Keep up the good work guys, from all of us here at FMP.”

“My clerk was an absolute professional. Was really patient as we were constantly in and out due to our removals company playing us around, he kindly waited and then took us around the property and tested every key for us (there were a bunch of 15 keys) so I really appreciate all of the help and effort he gave. As a tenant I'd 100% recommend mytoor as they were really friendly and an outstandingly professional company.”

“These guys done my check in and it was a really smooth and easy process, this was a HMO property so I could only see the communal areas and my room that I was responsible for which was great as on my previous property I had to review the whole house.”
