“I rang the agency to advise them I was going to be late and when I arrived at the property the clerk was not there. I then had to go back to the agents to collect my keys, however I have received the report via email which looks fine.”

Dear Jo, Many thanks for taking the time and providing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. We take average & negative feedback very seriously to ensure we can provide our clients the best service possible. I have spoken to the team regarding this, and I can confirm that we had allocated a Check In time for 11:00am at your address, which was agreed between yourself and the Estate Agent. As you can appreciate, our clerks have a very busy schedule during the day and therefore we allow a 20 minute window of waiting for tenants to arrive at the property above the requested Check In time. In this instance, the Agents advised you were running over an hour late. We therefore handed the keys back to the Agents and explained for them to advise you to collect keys from their office, as this is standard practice for us. As you mentioned we then emailed the report over to you so you could review, provide your feedback, sign and return the inventory report (which you have). We hope to see you again at your Check Out date which is scheduled in for 6 months time.
