I met the clerk at the property and he explained he attended the property an hour before me to do the inspection, which was good as I could then just move straight in. He gave me a breakdown of what his findings were and explained to me that I would receive the report within 2 days. I think this process is very good as last time I had to wait around for hours with a different company.
