My agency recommended that I use this supplier for my check out, and I am glad I did, the commentary was fair and accurate and reflected the state of the property. They were clear in allocating who was responsible for the damages and where charges did not apply. Very clear and concise report. They also provided a handy colour tool which highlighted if the property was in a good/fair/poor condition.
