Me and my 2 friends moved into our new flat in E1 and the clerk who checked us in was great. Asked us to provide our ID's which at the beginning I thought to myself why, but then was pleased that he did some security measures as he did not know who we were and just had a paper with our names on it. So he ran through the flat, everything was as he reported, apart from some minor scuffs we found behind the shower door - but it was simple for us to give the comments through the mytoor app. Thanks very much for a lovely move in!
