The clerk who I met at my property in Hayes was great, I was checking in at 12:00pm. He kindly gave me a call at 11:30 to advise that he was nearly finished with the inspection and let me know I could come a little earlier which was great for me. When I met him he ran through some of the key points, showed me how some appliances worked including the boiler etc and he also showed me how to read the utility meters. Very nice gentlemen and professional. Easy to deal with and the report was easy to read.
