Cowboys. I did, eventually, get my money back, but only after going through lengthy processes with my bank, and much time in emails and sitting on the phone (I never did get through to anyone on the other end).
I hope you read this before you've bought anything. You won't get your products, or if you do, from other reviews and friends I know who've unfortunately used them, the products will be broken.
