Absolutely shocking service! Please stay away even if they have a better price than others suppliers! Stress and waiting time( more than 4 weeks ) without honest tracking information and horrible customer service who only constantly lying is NOT worth the virtual savings of a few £ on overall cost! They playing with you and sending emails where promising to give you some refund for inconvenience caused which is not true because is never happening! This is more like a scam Website which straight after you place the order debiting your card and delaying delivery of your goods without possibility of tracking! Even if the tyres are marked like in stock they playing in the same way! Stay away for your better healthy!

Ordered the tyres on the basis they'd take 1-3 days to be delivered. After 3 days of them not showing up they sent an email saying it'll be 2 weeks. After an hour in queue position 6 I decided the phone lines must be fake. After 8+ days I had a response from an email saying I could refuse delivery to get a refund. As they were sent direct to a fitting centre they were delivered. Although totally incorrect order, 2 different tyres. I'd love to return them but they take weeks to respond. So a refund I wait for. Utterly abysmal, none existent customer service. Steer clear.

I want to share my troubling experience with this investment platform in hopes that others won't fall victim to their unethical practices. The security measures are inadequate, and my funds were stolen despite my trust in them. The company's inability to protect its clients' money is infuriating, and their customer service is abysmal. I received little to no help when trying to resolve the Issue. However, Mrs. Doris Ashley stepped in at the right moment and managed to help me recover my lost funds. Cowboys. I did, eventually, get my money back, but only after going through lengthy processes with my bank, and much time in emails and sitting on the phone (I never did get through to anyone on the other end). I hope you read this before you've bought anything. You won't get your products, or if you do, from other reviews and friends I know who've unfortunately used them, the products will be broken. Steer clear!

Been waiting 2 weeks, no delivery, now I've been told only a partial order sent out!? I only ordered 2 tyres! 2 !! Literally go to anyone/anywhere else for tyres, save your time

I ORIGINALLY ORDERED THESE TYRES OCTOBER 9TH 2024!!!! STILL WAITING NOVEMBER 6TH 2024!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING AND WAITING AND YOU STILL CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO GET MY TYRES TO ME..! YOU HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AND GIVEN ME LIES ABOUT MY ORDER.. A DISGUSTING USELESS COMPANY!!! I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THESE AND ADVISE ANYONE TO DO RESEARCH BEFORE ORDERING/READ REVIEWS SO MANY IN SAME SITUATION AS I AM!!

Filling this in for a friend who order his tyres the set was invoiced separately not a problem he thought. All started well 1 set arrived ( the most expensive ones ) but the others seem to take a long time to arrive.ok I’m sure this will get sorted after a quick chat … here’s how it panned out. Can you check my order please for my remaining order … yes it seems there stuck , one email explained another claimed, a Radom name he forgets have singed for them … how odd he thought, so he carried on asking where his second order was , they were so apologetic and said they Would re order them but you wouldn’t be able to claim a refund … he just wanted his tyres , but the re- order was for the same size he had received. Another email saying my order was lost then another claiming it had been signed for again… at this point he didn’t know what was going on… another email after there was an attachment …he was asked to fill in an affidavit from DPD as a legally binding document to say the order had been lost … strange it came as an auto fill as we/ I did - we/I didn’t receive the above order Humm I though now a company who sends legal documents from a another company for a customer to sign well that just doesn’t seem right i said to him … this perked his curiosity up … wow .. so he asked when his other half of his order would arrive to be told they had no documentation related to his other order … wow … now a company wouldn't try to go as far as to split an order only delivering half and never sending the other half and no refunds would they ? So the question is how was my experience….. I will let this speak for its self.

My experience so far tells me I've made a serious mistake ordering from Mytyres as I didn't get an email confirmation and the company the tyres are supposed to be sent to have no idea about my order? They also state a 3 day delivery but after waiting 40 mind for my phone to be answered its more like 10 days and I'm not holding my breath for that date? AN UPDATE - IVE WAITED MORE THAN 2.5 HOURS TO SPEAK TO ANYONE AT MYTYRES WITH NO SUCCESS. AT THE MOMENT I THINK THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY. IVE REPORTED THIS TO MY BANK AND IM HOPING THEY CAN RETURN MY MONEY. MYTYRES are not in the UK but are in EASTERN EUROPE. They claim they are approved dealers for Goodyear, Continental and Bridgestone and I have emailed all three companies and alerted them to these claims? I suspect not and have asked them if they think its wise having their logos on the Mytyres.co.uk website. I IMPLORE ANY CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY NOT TO!

Awful, just Awful. Took over two months and no communication to deliver my tyres and they came in two separate deliveries. Then they were tge wrong size. Then they arranged a collection, twice. Both times no one showed up! Customer service is a joke. If or when they actually respond, expect up to 4 hrs waiting and over a week for an email.. they are rude, dismissive and as it turns out now, happy to lie to you,repeatedly! Now I'm stuck with the wrong tyres and no way to send them back and be refunded. But after reading other reviews I'm guessing I wouldn't get one! This company is a nightmare. Avoid like the plague!

Customer service is a bad joke. On the line for 3 hours trying to speak to an advisor. Been 3 weeks since i ordered my tyres, i havent been able to track them at all, no confirmation email or anything. No invoice, no confirmation of the order, no name of the company who will deliver it and no contact with the company. For a company this size is just madness, that the tracking system is not working, customer service is awful. People on the phone couldnt care less about the problems you have. No replies to emails or anything for days, yet they were very quick to take your money and dissapear.

Your customer service department is useless, nobody answers the f***ng phone. Never ordering from your mytyres scam website again. Ordered a pair of tyres, after 3 weeks of calling them they finally answered and said the tyres are stuck at customs and that they will send replacements. After another 2 weeks, the tyres were left on the fire escape stairs and nobody answering the phone again!! You can't get a hold of them even to cancel the order. Don't try to same 5-10 quid by using these guys

sent wrong Tyre size and brand they tried to fix it but failed. taken 2 months to delivery at the time i was on holiday.I recommend paypal on all paying orders . i ordered Tyres on 28/3/2024

I ordered a set of four Goodyear tyres from mytyres.co.uk for two reasons. First, they showed the tyres to be in stock, and secondly all indications showed them to be a UK company which would mean no issues with delivery due to Brexit. It turns out that neither statement was entirely true. They are a German based company with a mailing box listed in the UK, and a small shipping unit "warehouse" located in Birmingham. Their main warehouses where the items are mostly "in stock", are located on mainland europe (mine came from the facility in France) and the result is that it took almost two full months for the tyres to get through customs and be finally delivered to me. During this time, their customer service teams were entirely unhelpful with the result that I finally found an email address for one of the company's VP's in Germany and contacted him directly. His assistant finally offered me a discount on the order (not what I was after) but could not help at all with getting the tires to me any sooner (what I needed). When I went to claim the refund, I had to provide them with proof that they had offered it to me in the first place, and it took six weeks for them to process it. Overall, not impressed. I appreciate that the customs delays are not their fault, but if the information on their website had not been misleading, I would have definitely ordered elsewhere rather than deal with the outfall of the Brexit nonsense. Coupled with their lack of customer service and support at every level and I would give them a negative star rating if that were offered here.

Do not use MyTyres I specifically ordered 'N0' safety rated Hankooks and they sent me lower rate tyres which = No Insurance and No Makers Approval which is dangerous. Lucky for me the tyre fitters noticed the failure from MyTyres. I contacted MyTyres and haven't heard back! They are not professional. It is easy to see the 'N0' marking but MyTyres simply didn't care! A week later I am still being refused a refund."

Very good website, easy to order what I needed, had a credit card issue, as they made two payments but spoke to someone who reassured me and they retook the payment, tyres arrived a week later (shipped from Germany, *BMW) to my local fitter. Fitted in less than an hour and on my way. £885 rather than £1,400 what’s not to like 👍
