I ordered tyres from MyTyres because their website stated delivery within 5 working days. In reality, I waited nearly a month. The tyres were shipped separately, arriving on different dates, which was very inconvenient. Customer service responses were unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, a frustrating experience – I cannot recommend this company.
