“As per other reviews, ordered 4 tyres, received confirmation order was now passed to warehouse. I requested via email speedy delivery if possible, received confirmation they had received the email and would respond as quick as possible.
3 days later still no response, I used their traceability system to request update on delivery, received an email stating tyres no longer available. Nothing from them to inform me of that before I enquired and no alternative tyre offered.
Tried to contact them on their AI systems, both system (Messanger and WatsApp I got no response.
I said I wanted to check the cancellation and payment refund, Messanger said it would inform an agent to contact me within 5 minutes, I am still waiting 25 minutes later.
DO not go near them!”
“What went wrong? Pretty much, everything. 4 tyres ordered, 2 delivered, 2 missing for 7 weeks. AFTER they had promised a partial refund for the two missing tyres, they deliver ONE tyre. No refund ever issued. Had to order 2 tyres from another retailer. Thankfully excellent service from MBNA/ lloyds,has secured a refund. This is only provisional, as Mytyres has 45 days to contest. Seriously. do not be seduced by the low prices. They are a scam outfit. Avoid at all costs.”

The AI bot is a joke but this is intended to avoid you continuing trying to make contact. No sign so called my tyres and eventually got past the virtual AI robot and spoke to someone who was not great and just said my tyres are stuck in warehouse in France! Warehouse issues. And again no idea when they will be posted. Now got an e mail today saying possibly delivery on 20/11/25. 20 days after order.”

So since 06/10/2025-23/10/2025 still wasn't delivered. Send me tracking number to dpd which saying my tyres its somewhere in the Germany,poor customer service nobody answered for phone.Whatsapp useless too,I tell you now good people.

“I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a tire from this online shop. Their service was extremely poor. I strongly advise against using their website. I ordered a tire before the New Year, and it wasn't processed for a week. While I understand that the holiday season can cause delays, it has now been four weeks with no updates, and I've only received delivery links after repeatedly calling to inquire about my order. The links indicate the tire was delivered to Germany, which is incorrect. I've also experienced long wait times on their customer service line; I waited over 40 minutes and was still only 11th in the queue. I would urge you to avoid this seller.”
