bought two tires from you on April 8th... They promised delivery within 5 days, today is April 28th and nothing... The tracking showed that they were brought from somewhere in Germany, then they sat for a week at the Barking DPD... Now it says that they left them with some neighbor, but they didn’t leave any information in my mailbox... Everyone who delivers my parcels leaves a paper postcard with information about who or where they left them... I try to call someone and a robot answers, I text and a robot answers... I’m tired of such rude service from both MY tires and DPD...
